Everything you need to know before applying to the Summer Creative Bootcamp.
What is the Bootcamp?
A 5-week hands-on program where you learn how marketing creatives are built in real life. You work through an Intensive phase (open to all) and then, if selected, join a real team environment working on actual Welltech marketing challenges during Bootcamp phase.
How long does the program last?
5 weeks in total: 1 week of Intensive followed by a selection stage, then 4 weeks of the Bootcamp for selected participants.
Is the program free?
Yes. The entire Summer Creative Bootcamp - both the Intensive and Bootcamp phases - is completely free to join.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Prior experience in marketing or creative roles is not required. We are looking for people with motivation, commitment, wiliness to work in international environment with at least B2 level of English.
Who is this program designed for?

How does the selection process work?
The process includes: Online application Participation in the 1-week Intensive Test task and selection Participation in 4-week Bootcamp Final Project Evaluation Join the Team (for top performers)
How much time do I need to commit?
The program is part-time. There will be 5 lectures during 1-week Intensive (approximately 2-3 hours each). During the Bootcamp phase there will be 3 lectures per week (approximately 2-3 hours each), plus time for practical tasks across 5 weeks.
Where is the program available?
The Bootcamp is primarily focused on candidates based in Ukraine. The Intensive phase is fully online; the Bootcamp phase includes online and hybrid elements.
