Welltech Apps Limited and related companies (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to protecting the privacy and security of candidates (“Candidates,” “you”).

This Candidate Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you apply for a position with us, and are considered for current or future roles, regardless of where you are located.

This notice applies to all Candidates, including those who apply:

  • Directly via LinkedIn or the Careers page on our website
  • Via recruitment agencies or referrals,

for full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, or internship roles

When using Legitimate interests as the legal basis to process your information we ensure that your rights and freedoms are not impacted and that the processing is fair and balanced. In particular, it is in our interest to collect, process and store your data for the following reasons:

  • Manage the hiring process to offer you a smooth and fair experience
  • Communicate with you about your progress in the recruitment process
  • Defend ourselves against legal claims and respond to complaints

7. Automated Decision-Making

We do not make hiring decisions based on automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement. Automated tools may be used to support recruitment activities, such as note-taking and summary of interviews, but all decisions involve human review.

We retain Candidate personal data only for as long as necessary for recruitment purposes, the protection of our interests, and legal compliance. Candidates data is retained up to two (2) years where consent is granted. Otherwise, we retain all data for up to twelve (12) months to comply with applicable laws.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correct or update inaccurate information
