Bruno Pontes is an ACSM and AFAA certified personal trainer & group exercise instructor. His passion for the past 8 years has been helping individuals through their fitness journey. He believes that fitness is for life and movement is medicine. That’s why Bruno strives to make his workouts fun, challenging, and effective.
Working with people of different ages, fitness levels, and needs has allowed him to fine tune his approach in order to best help the individual. Every person is different, so every program should be tailored accordingly. He hopes you enjoy the workouts as much as he enjoyed creating them.
