Dr. Shelley Meyer is a board-certified family physician, registered dietitian/nutritionist, and Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) with over 20 years of experience helping women optimize their health through every stage of life.
She holds a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, a Master’s in Human Nutrition from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Florida.
Dr. Meyer is the owner and founder of Highlands Health and Wellness, a functional medicine collaborative care center in Denver, Colorado. There, she helps patients uncover the root causes of hormone imbalances, digestive issues, fatigue, and chronic conditions using a personalized, integrative approach that blends science-based nutrition, mind-body medicine, and lifestyle change.
