Erik is 34, a chef, and has been using Muscle Booster for 36 months. Before he started exercise, Erik’s life was shaped by the pressure of his work. "The chef world can definitely be stressful, both mentally, physically and emotionally," Erik says. That pressure showed up in his habits. He dealt with high stress, anxiety, a little depression, low energy, and a lack of motivation to take care of himself.
Stress eating and stress drinking became routine, and his weight climbed to 200 lbs. Clothes stopped fitting, and rather than deal with it, Erik just accepted he'd need to keep buying bigger sizes, discarding the ones that no longer worked. He felt like he was letting himself down.
Erik knew this couldn’t last forever. His lifestyle simply wasn’t sustainable. But, as it is for many people, making the first move and finding time for healthier habits in a busy schedule was difficult. Finding time for exercise wasn’t easy, especially with a busy and often unpredictable routine.
Erik needed something that could fit his schedule, not the other way around. That's why he chose Muscle Booster. He could work out anywhere, anytime. "If I wanted to do what I loved for another 10 years, I needed to reinvest in my body," he says. Erik started showing up for himself, day after day, and slowly, the results followed. Along the way, he changed his eating habits too. Not a strict diet, just more attention to what and how much he ate. He also cut back on drinking.
Six months in with Muscle Booster, Erik started to feel healthy and confident, having dropped from 90.7kg to 72.6kg, 18 kilos lighter. Old clothes started fitting him again. That felt better than any number on a scale. Erik's body changed a lot with Muscle Booster. But the biggest change wasn't physical.
"Sleeping has definitely improved after my workouts, my energy levels throughout the day are balanced and I feel more motivated. My mood is more positive, more go getting."
His stress went down. He could think clearly, even in hard moments. People around him noticed the difference too, not just in his body, but in how he carried himself. He never wanted to become a bodybuilder. He never wanted to look like someone on TV. He just wanted to be the healthiest version of himself.
"I feel a lot more confident and comfortable with myself. Even when I was skinnier in my early 20s I never felt confident with myself. Today I can say I do."
For Erik, Muscle Booster wasn't just about getting fit, it was about becoming someone his family and the people around him could count on, and building the kind of future he actually wanted for himself.
Erik's story is a reminder that the number on the scale is rarely the whole story. What changed for him was steadier energy, a calmer mind, and the confidence to keep showing up, one workout and one meal at a time.
