The Welltech team joined DOU Day Kyiv 2026, one of Ukraine's largest and most anticipated tech events.

Organized by DOU.ua, Ukraine's largest IT community platform, the annual conference brings together thousands of developers, product managers, engineering leaders, and other tech professionals to discuss engineering culture, career growth, the future of technology, and the ongoing development of Ukraine's IT industry.

Over two days, our team joined thousands of participants and industry experts for inspiring talks, insightful discussions, and countless conversations with talented people from across the tech ecosystem. It was an opportunity to exchange ideas, discover new perspectives, and reconnect with colleagues, partners, and the wider community.

Bringing together so many people who are passionate about building products, solving complex challenges, and supporting the future of Ukrainian tech created an atmosphere that was both inspiring and motivating.
