Natasha is a certified personal trainer and a certified yoga instructor of the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga. Her background is originally in the medical field. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2012, and has been a veterinary technician since 2008. As if that were not enough, in 2020, she also became an emergency medical technician.
She began her fitness journey very young. She played various sports throughout high school and college, such as lacrosse, water polo, and swimming. She was introduced to yoga in college and fell in love. She continued practicing and eventually became a teacher herself in 2013. She decided to become a personal trainer as well and since then, she cannot stop collecting more certifications and expanding her knowledge in this diverse industry. With her extensive medical background as a veterinary technician and emergency medical technician, she can provide a well-rounded program to fit any person’s needs.
