Kris Gethin is a fitness entrepreneur and bodybuilder. He began his journey in fitness with weightlifting and then, after experimenting with various diets and workout routines, started to participate in bodybuilding competitions and earned his spot in the industry.
Kris developed the workout program called Dramatic Transformation Principle (DTP). DPT involves high-volume, low-intensity workouts that are sometimes described as ‘muscle shock’ and work both type I (slow-twitch) and type II (fast-twitch) muscles. The goal of the program is to grow and define your muscles simultaneously for 12 weeks.
Kris currently specializes in body transformation and offers 1:1 coaching sessions.He has authored six books, including ‘The Transformer,’ ‘The Adventures of KAGED MUSCLE,’ and the bestselling book ‘Body by Design’.
