Nicolle Cucco

Nicolle, a Registered Dietitian, trained chef, and Certified Personal Trainer, is a highly accomplished nutrition expert based in Stamford, Connecticut. 

Nicolle holds a few noticeable degrees:

  • Master of Science from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College,
  • Bachelor’s Degree from Johnson & Wales University,
  • Associate’s Degree from Johnson & Wales University.

With her extensive educational background and diverse professional experience, Nicolle is se a Nutrition Consultant at Welltech, where she utilizes her skills to advise on optimal dietary practices.

Nicolle has also served as a Registered Dietitian at the Center for Discovery, Nutrition Coach at Measured, and Clinical Nutrition Manager and Clinical Dietitian at Morrison Living, where she gained valuable clinical nutrition experience while offering guidance and support to individuals seeking nutritional assistance. 

Nicolle’s dedication to the culinary arts is evident from her years of experience in the restaurant industry. She honed her culinary skills as a Lead Line Cook at Pellicci’s Ristorante and completed a Dietetic Internship at Lehman College. Furthermore, she has contributed to the field as a Director of Operations/Lead Teacher at The Creative Kitchen, where she shared her knowledge of nutrition and cooking.

Nicolle firmly believes in an evidence-based, full-body approach to nutrition, emphasizing the importance of balance in our plates, minds, and daily routines. She identifies the four pillars of health as nutrition, exercise, mental health, and rest, guiding her clients towards holistic well-being.
